Upon your arrival in Guwahati, you will be met by our representative and driven to the Kaziranga National Park, the home of the famous one horned rhinoceros. This is a World Heritage site situated on the banks of the River Brahmaputra.

After the sightseeing you will be taken to your hotel where you can complete your check in formalities and relax for the evening. You are free to spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, enjoy a day of wildlife exploration in the famous Kaziranga National Park. This famous park is home to several species of wildlife such as one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, hog deer, wild buffaloes and many species of migratory and resident birds. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Kohima Garrison Hill is the site of the bloodiest battles ever fought by the British Indian troops and the Japanese. Visit Garrison Hill which is now a war memorial with over 2337 graves. Also visit the Naga Heritage Village where the famous Hornbill Festival is celebrated, Kohima War Cemetery, The Catholic Church of Kohima and the Nagaland State Museum.

Return to the hotel for the night.

After breakfast, get ready to enjoy a thrilling tour of the Khonoma Village, the first green village in India. This is also the place where the Naga warriors had a last battle with the British. Visit the simple white pillar in the village dedicated to the warriors who stood up against the British in the year 1879.

Touphema village is a wonderful tribute to the culture, lifestyle and the people of Nagaland. It is a collection of small huts built by the local community and the Nagaland Tourism Department depicting the Naga household. Living at the village you will get the opportunity to learn about country life and Naga culture in particular that becomes an experience in itself.

After breakfast explore the Touphema village and its cultural significance. This village was built to let tourists know and learn about the cultural heritage of the Nagas. After breakfast enjoy a cultural tour of the Angami Naga Tribe as you visit the highlights of the Touphema village. Visitors are also invited to taste the local cuisines such as the Ghalo, bamboo baked fish and some local rice beer.

After the tour, get ready to proceed for a drive to Guwahati. On reaching check in to the hotel and spend the night here.

After breakfast, get ready to explore Guwahati. You will be picked up by your driver to visit the well known Hindu temple, Kamakhya Temple which is dedicated to the Mother Goddess. This is a highly important Hindu shrine.

After the temple, get ready for a scenic drive towards Shillong. Enroute visit Umiam Lake and stop here to enjoy a picturesque lunch. Shillong is the home of the Khasi tribe of Meghalaya and rightly called the Scotland of the East.

On reaching Shillong, check in to the hotel and rest for a while. Later you can explore the local markets and you can also try out the local cuisines here. In the evening enjoy a scrumptious dinner and spend the night in Shillong.

After breakfast enjoy a full day of exploring the beautiful city of Shillong. Visit the beautiful Ward’s Lake, Don Bosco Centre of Indigenous Cultures of Shillong, Lady Hydari Park, Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls. Overnight stay at Shillong.

One of the most picturesque tourist spots in Shillong is the Laitlum Grand Canyon. Get a magnificent view of the lush green valleys and a small hamlet down below.

After the Canyons leave for Jowai, a town in the Jaintia Hills. Return to Shillong and explore the local markets for shopping. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast get ready to explore some of the greatest attractions of this region. Visit Mawlynnong, the village awarded as the cleanest village in Asia. Meet the locals and visit the living root bridge, the Sky Walk, the Balancing Rock, Thankarang View Point. From here drive on to Dawki and River Umngot the crystal clear river that had taken the internet by storm. You can indulge in some boating and swimming here. Enroute to Dawki also visit Borhill Falls and Kyurem Falls. Also visit the Single Decker Living Root Bridge and then return to Cherrapunji. In the evening you can enjoy some leisurely time exploring the local area and spend the night in Cherrapunji.

Cherrapunji is the erstwhile region with the highest rainfall and famous around the world. There are many natural wonders you can explore here such as the Nohkalikai Falls, the Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Arwah Caves and many such attractions.

After your sightseeing tour, return to the Cherrapunjee hotel for dinner and stay.

After breakfast, get ready for a drive back to Guwahati Airport for your departure.
